Tax Collection:

Dog Licenses:

  • Unspayed / Unneutered $25.00 Annual Fee
  • Spayed / Neutered $15.00 Annual Fee
  • Purebred Licenses 8-10 Dogs $100.00
  • Purebred Licenses 11-15 Dogs $150.00
  • Purebred Licenses 16-20 Dogs $200.00
  • Purebred Licenses 21-25 Dogs $250.00
  • Lost Tag No fee for a replacement tag

Marriage Licenses:

  • $40.00 Fee
  • Proper Identification Required for Age & Identity
  • Must be 18 or older (Under 18 requires parental consent).
  • Divorce Decree (If Applicable).
  • BOTH parties MUST be present to sign the license.

Accessible Parking Permit:

  • There is No Fee for Accessible Parking Permits.
  • Requestor and their doctor must complete this form (MV-664.1)
  • Temporary tags require beginning and end dates valid for 6 months.
  • Permanent tags are valid for 3 years. Bring completed form along with driver’s license or non-driver ID of tag holder to The Clerk’s office for new one.
  • Permanent tags require doctor signature every 6 years. Bring completed form along with driver’s license or non-driver ID of tag holder to The Clerk’s office for new one.

Certified Copies of Birth/Marriage/Death Certificates:

  • Birth and Death certificates are NOT subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) and are NOT open to public inspection.
  • Proper purpose is required for requesting such information.
  • All requests for information on birth, death, and marriage are subject to New York State Department of Health regulations.
  • There is a $10.00 Fee for searching any information. If the record is available, 1 certified copy will be provided for the $10.00 Fee. Additional copies are $10.00 each.
